Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation will result in the reserved time being deducted from your included membership hours. If the reservation was purchased separately, the booking fee will not be refunded or credited.

No-shows will be treated as late cancellations and the reserved time will be deducted from the member’s available hours.
