5. Golf Simulator and AGL Uneekor Profiles
Apex Golf Lab may provide members with access to an individual AGL Uneekor Profile or other golf simulator profile.
Use of an AGL Uneekor Profile is optional and is not required to use the Apex Golf Lab simulators.
Members who choose to use a profile may have golf-related information associated with that profile, including:
- Shot data
- Ball-flight information
- Club data
- Distance information
- Practice-session information
- Golf statistics
- Performance information
- Other simulator-generated data
A personal profile can help members maintain their golf data and track performance and statistics over time.
Information stored or processed through Uneekor or another third-party golf technology platform may also be subject to that provider’s privacy policy and terms of service.
6. Lessons and Club Fittings
When you schedule or participate in a lesson, performance-coaching session, or club fitting, we may collect information necessary to provide that service.
This may include appointment information, golf-performance data, equipment specifications, launch-monitor information, swing videos, fitting results, instructor notes, and other information relevant to the service being provided.
This information may be maintained to provide continuity between sessions, track player development, provide equipment recommendations, or improve future services.
7. Reservations and Appointment Scheduling
Apex Golf Lab may use third-party platforms to manage simulator reservations, facility orientations, lessons, fittings, and other appointments.
When you make a reservation or appointment, information you provide may be processed by the applicable scheduling provider.
Third-party scheduling services maintain their own privacy policies and terms governing their handling of personal information.

Apex Golf Lab may use third-party payment processors and point-of-sale providers to process membership fees, setup fees, lessons, fittings, merchandise purchases, and other transactions.
